About

A modern trading house from Beirut.

MZ International Markets was registered in Beirut as a single company, and it stays one company.

Holding a coffee business and a software platform in the same company is not a portfolio strategy. It is a working constraint. Both businesses answer to the same books, the same approval thresholds and the same record of who authorised what — which means neither can be run loosely on the grounds that it is the smaller one.

MZ’s own operations are being moved onto the platform it sells. Until that is finished, it is not claimed as a credential. When it is finished, the company’s own environment becomes the honest demonstration of the product, because it will be the one running under real load with real consequences.

One entity

MZ International Markets is the legal entity and it invoices everything. MZ Coffee and Regal Governance are how the businesses meet their markets, not separate companies.

Accuracy over polish

A capability is described as it is built, not as it is planned. Where something is on the roadmap it is called a roadmap, including when a plainer sentence would sell better.

Nothing claimed before it is true

Claims wait for the thing they describe. A page that says less than it could is recoverable; one that says more than it should is not.
